Commissions Terms of Use

General
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Use.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
Please provide clear and accurate references for your request.
Payment
I will create a sketch before requesting payment.
Once the sketch has been approved, payment must be made in full before I continue working on the commission.
All prices are listed in EUR (€).
The client is responsible for providing the correct payment information.

Process & Revisions
The client will have the opportunity to request changes during the sketch stage.
Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
Once the sketch has been approved and payment has been made, major changes are not possible.
I reserve the right to make artistic decisions regarding my style and interpretation.
Usage Rights
The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client may repost the finished artwork on social media with proper credit to me.
The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation or remove my signature/watermark.
The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, including merchandise, advertising, NFTs, AI training, or any form of cryptocurrency-related use, unless I have given explicit written permission.
The client may not significantly alter, trace, edit, or use the artwork to create AI-generated content without my permission.

Artist Rights
I retain all rights to the artwork, including copyright.
I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, and other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once payment has been made, refunds are not available if the client changes their mind or wishes to cancel the commission.
If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.
